Terms of Service
These terms of service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for the use of the app (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") provided by Bolt (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"). Users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") are required to use the Application in accordance with these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
- These Terms shall apply to all relationships between Users and the Service Provider regarding the use of this service.
- The Service Provider may establish rules, etc., for the use of the Application in addition to these Terms (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Provisions"). Regardless of their name, these Individual Provisions shall constitute part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these Terms and the Individual Provisions under the preceding paragraph, unless otherwise specified in the Individual Provisions, the provisions of the Individual Provisions shall take precedence.
Article 2 (Agreement to the Terms)
- Users cannot use the Application unless they agree to these Terms.
- By actually using the Application downloaded to the information terminal, Users shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
- Users shall use the Application in accordance with the provisions of these Terms.
Article 3 (Conditions of Use)
- Users shall, at their own responsibility and expense, prepare and maintain the information terminal (device), communication equipment/methods, electricity, etc., necessary for using the Application, and shall maintain them during the use of the Application.
- Users acknowledge in advance that they may not be able to use the Application unless they comply with the specifications criteria established by the Service Provider (including but not limited to supported OS, performance, functionality, etc.).
Article 4 (Account Management)
- Users shall provide the Service Provider with true, accurate, and complete information regarding the registration items required for using the Application.
- The Service Provider may regard any act performed using the registration information specified in the preceding paragraph as an act of the User associated with the information.
Article 5 (Usage Fees and Payment Methods)
- The Application includes both free content and paid content (hereinafter referred to as "Paid Services"), and Users may use Paid Services by paying the usage fees displayed in the Application by the payment methods specified by the Service Provider as the consideration for using the Application.
- Users shall be deemed to have consented to the terms of use, usage period of Paid Services (hereinafter referred to as "Paid Contract Period"), automatic renewal (hereinafter referred to as "Automatic Renewal") if they fail to complete the procedure to terminate the use of the Paid Services by the expiration date of the Paid Contract Period and confirm the usage fees. By actually using the Paid Services, Users are considered to have validly and irrevocably consented to the contents, Paid Contract Period, Automatic Renewal, and usage fees of the Paid Services.
- Users using the Paid Services (hereinafter referred to as "Paid Users") shall link their Apple ID. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User, even if the User who has not linked to the Apple ID uninstalls the Application, or if the User's use of the Paid Services cannot be confirmed due to unauthorized use, loss, theft, malfunction, or other reasons of the smart device used in the Application. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User, and shall not take any measures, including the restoration of the Service, that the User was able to use.
