Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the mobile application (the "App") provided by Lil Ossa ("Provider," "we," "us," or "our"). All users of the App ("Users" or "you") must comply with these Terms when using the App.

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

  1. These Terms shall apply to all relationships between Users and the Provider regarding the use of the App.
  2. The Provider may establish various rules and regulations ("Individual Provisions") regarding the use of the App in addition to these Terms. Such Individual Provisions, regardless of their designation, shall constitute part of these Terms.
  3. In the event that any provision of these Terms conflicts with any Individual Provision, the Individual Provision shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

Article 2 (Acceptance of Terms)

  1. Users may not use the App unless they agree to these Terms.
  2. When a User actually uses the App downloaded to their device, such User shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
  3. Users shall use the App in accordance with these Terms.

Article 3 (Service Description)

  1. The App provides a music generation service (the "Music Generation Service") that uses artificial intelligence technology to create music based on text input such as diary entries ("Input Data") provided by Users.
  2. The Music Generation Service is provided using third-party APIs ("External APIs"), and may be changed or discontinued without notice due to specification changes or service interruptions of the External APIs.
  3. The Provider makes no warranties regarding the quality, content, or completeness of the generated music ("Generated Music").

Article 4 (Conditions of Use)

  1. Users must prepare and maintain, at their own responsibility and expense, information devices, communication equipment and means, electrical power, and other necessary items for using the App.
  2. Users acknowledge in advance that they may not be able to use the App unless they comply with the specifications determined by the Provider (including but not limited to compatible OS, performance, and functions).
  3. Users must be at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 years of age require explicit consent from a parent or guardian.

Article 5 (Account Management)

  1. Users shall provide true, accurate, and complete information to the Provider regarding registration matters required for using the App.
